Shipping options are available within the United States. Regular shipping and expedited shipping are available for local (US) customers and for international customers.

Domestic Shipping – US

3-DAY SHIPPING

You will receive your shipment within 3 days from placing the order.

If you order before 1:00 pm (On weekdays US Eastern Standard Time), we will ship your package on the same day.


Look for the tracking updates time to time with the given tracking number so you will know when you will get your package. We send your tracking number immediately after shipping. If the delivery takes more than 3-4 days, it may affect your schedule so be updated with your provided tracking information.

You must contact us immediately, if you do not see your package within 3-4 days from the date you received your USPS tracking number.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

If it is urgent, we can ship your package overnight. Make sure you order before 3:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time.

Section 1.1 : It’s important for you to plan beforehand and order online. If you need the shipment to be delivered in a specific way, please contact us. Keep in mind that USPS doesn’t operate on Sundays & public holidays. Saturdays few hours only. If you placed an order on Friday, you still get you shipment by next day (Saturday). Orders placed on Saturdays after 11 AM Eastern Time, will be shipped by the following Monday.

Overnight orders after 3:00 PM US Eastern Time, will be shipped next day morning and you’ll get delivered on the following day. If you placed an order after 3PM (3 hours max), make sure you contact us so we can attend to your shipment ASAP and try to ship your item in the same day but can not be guaranteed. So it’s always safe for you to place an order before 3 PM.

Place your order at least 3-4 days before your test. If you don’t have such time, please contact us before you place any orders.

Some deliveries may get 2 days based on how fast USPS can access to your delivery address and it may happen due to small towns, weather situations, remote locations, disaster situations etc. If your delivery address located in a very remote area, you should consider this and make an enquiry from us so we can provide you the best delivery option. Transporting a package from one corner to another corner of the country within a day for few bucks, very convenient for you.

USPS(United States Postal Service) Express delivery/Next day delivery is the cheapest we can find for you. UPS and FedEx are more expensive than what you have to pay for USPS.

Most of the deliveries go through USPS (United States Postal Service) and we will provide you the tracking information for consecutive delivery updates as soon as the package has been shipped.


International Shipping

International customers – before you order, please contact us and make an enquiry about your destination, shipping cost, and delivery time frame. This is important when you already have a scheduled hair drug test coming up.

Canadian, UK, New Zealand and Australian customers can check-out straight away with your preferred shipping option.


Package

Proactive-D shampoo packed in a crush proof 5″ X 2″ X 2″ white box and labeled USPS delivery/Shipping information and the container will be well sealed. You won’t find any information on the delivery box except the USPS Label.

Important: Make sure you use the correct email address when you check-out as that is the email address we will use to forward your Order Confirmation details and Shipping/Tracking information.

All the products we sell on this website and all the above shipping methods are subjected to non-refundable policy. We do enormous efforts to ship your items on schedule. So choose your shipping method by selecting what shipping method suits you the best for your scheduled hair test. We use United States Postal Service because people can afford it. Request to deliver it faster, after shipping an item is not possible! Because that is something Proactive-D Team doesn’t/can’t control.

Severe weather conditions, remote shipping destinations are the most important aspects you have to consider. Always contact us before you place orders, if you have any questions.

Same applies for FedEx, UPS as mentioned above.

    

Return & Cancelation policy

We do not accept any return items for safety reasons. Please make sure that you read the information carefully.  If you have questions, contact us before placing orders.

If you need to cancel the order, please send a request to cancel it within 30 minutes of placing the order or we can not reverse the order as the system processes for shipping.
